These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and kjbet ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any wager on the kjbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the kjbet platform.

kjbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the kjbet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the sole responsibility of the individual to ensure they qualify before registering. kjbet reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on the kjbet platform.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account, including your real name, date of birth and registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

kjbet reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, or where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. In such cases, genuine deposits net of bonuses will be returned to the registered payment method where reasonably possible.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one active kjbet account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund of bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kjbet will never ask for your password by phone, email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact kjbet support immediately.

kjbet reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

All financial transactions on the kjbet platform must be made through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. kjbet supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard for deposits, and bKash, Nagad and Rocket for withdrawals to Bangladesh-registered accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kjbet does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified method belonging to the account holder. kjbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawal requests complete within 10 to 30 minutes following approval by the kjbet payments team.

kjbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. kjbet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers or adjust wagering requirements at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.

kjbet is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or technical tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available through the standard browser interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Depositing or using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any illegal source.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting in a manner that constitutes match fixing or fraud.
• Providing false identity information, misrepresenting age, or submitting forged documentation during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the kjbet support team or other players via any communication channel.

kjbet employs fraud detection systems and reviews account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, kjbet may close the account, void all associated balances and report relevant information to applicable authorities.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any kjbet platform content without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kjbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download or copy any account information for the benefit of another party, or to use data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kjbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or any technical failure beyond kjbet's reasonable control. kjbet's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kjbet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. kjbet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

kjbet reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kjbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the kjbet platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the kjbet support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under procedures notified to the player at the time the dispute is escalated.
